Last sea day for awhile we got in a pub crawl poker run (L-R – Karen, Vickie, Rick and myself) – $10 to enter: At each of five bars around the ship, each participant draws an envelope containing a card, which are all opened at the last stop in front of the host. Best hand gets 1/2 the pot and hosts the next event. Karen “won”. Where in the World is Carolyn? – Corfu
With our arrival in Corfu, we caught back up with our original – very busy- itinerary. With a port almost every day for the next 6 weeks, I will be posting mainly photos and minimal stories/ history. We took an island highlights tour with some friends.

Our friend Bob moved to a town near Bari, Italy with his wife and son in early 2022. Bob and Candy picked us up from the port and drove us to the unique town of Alberobello, about an hour away.
Part of what makes the town so unique is the white washed buildings with cone-shaped slate roofs called “trulli” with religious and astrological designs painted on the roofs.

A short day in port meant a rush back to the ship and onto Ravenna, Italy.
I’ve read about the trulli buildings!
Everyone seems to fall in love with Corfu.
Greece,is one of my biggest regrets…that didn’t make it that far.
I bolted from my big European tour in Florence.
Too much art,too many churches.
If I could only win PCH…(publishers clearing house)
